Services / Creative · be remembered

Look like the organization you already are.

A brand is not a logo. It is whether the flyer, the website, the email and the sign on the door look like they came from the same people — and whether that impression matches the quality of the work.

Who this is for

Independent practitioners

You are the brand, which is the hard part. We build an identity that carries the feeling you want a first-time client to have, and applies it to the six things you actually print.

Nonprofits and community organizations

Years of flyers, decks and reports made by different volunteers, none of which look related. A system plus editable templates so the next one matches without asking anybody.

Local businesses

A look that survives a truck door, a photocopier and a phone screen — recognisable at the sizes you actually use, not just in a presentation.

What this looks like

Recognisable, not fashionable.

Identity design

A mark, type and colour that work at the sizes you actually use — including badly photocopied and on a phone.

A system, not a logo file

How the pieces go together, so the next thing you make already matches without asking us.

Templates you can edit

Flyers, decks, social and documents in tools your team already has. Design that needs a designer to update is design you will stop using.

Applied to the real things

The website, the signage, the forms, the annual report — wherever the brand actually has to survive contact with the world.

Accessible by default

Colour contrast and type sizes that work for the people you serve, not just in the presentation.

Guidance short enough to read

A few pages someone will actually open, not a sixty-page manual.

Questions

The things people ask first.

We like our logo. Does it all have to change?

No. Quite often the logo is fine and the problem is everything around it. We will tell you honestly if a redesign is not what you need.

How do we keep this consistent once you are gone?

That is what the templates and the short guidance are for. If your team cannot maintain it, the work has not really been done.

Is a rebrand worth it for an organization our size?

Sometimes not — and that is a real answer we give. Book a review and we will tell you where your money is better spent.

Do we have to do a website with you to do the brand?

No. Brand work is scoped on its own all the time — often before there is a site to put it on, which is the easiest order to do it in. If a site is coming later, we build the identity so whoever makes it has what they need.

What does a brand project cost?

Most land between $2,000 and $10,000, depending on how much has to be applied and how many templates you need. A mark, type and colour with a short guide sits at the low end; a full system applied across a site, signage and print sits at the high end. Fixed price, in writing, before anything starts.

Not sure this is what you need?

Take whichever door fits. If you are not sure, the review is free and we will tell you honestly — including if the answer is something else, or nothing at all.
